He is a commerce graduate [B. Com (H)] from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA). He is a Bachelor of Law (LL. B). He is also an Insolvency Professional (IP).
He has a total work experience of 20 + years advising clients in the matters of Corporate & Insolvency laws, Direct and Indirect Taxation, M&A.
He has worked at and for reputed MNCs, large corporates and leading MSMEs including with Citibank NA, Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Hindustan Unilever Limited.
He has delivered numerous lectures at various TV shows and at professional / business bodies covering areas of Budget, GST, International Taxation and Insolvency Laws. He is also guest faculty at ICAI - Certificate Course on IBC.
He is elected as President of Mahanagar Tax Bar Association, Ghaziabad for the term 2022-23 and served as its General Secretary for 2 terms before that.
