Sumit Bansal, FCA, LL.B is a merit holder in the Chartered Accountancy examinations, and an alumnus of Sri Ram College of Commerce. He is also a registered insolvency professional.
He holds indepth experience in the fields of Corporate laws, Direct and Indirect Taxation. He has worked at and for reputed MNCs, large corporates and leading MSMEs and has a total work experience of 20 years.
He is invited regularly, as speaker, at various TV shows and at professional / business bodies covering areas of GST, International Taxation and Insolvency Laws. He is also guest faculty at ICAI - Certificate Course on IBC.
Recently another feather was added in his cap when he was elected as President of Mahanagar Tax Bar Association, Ghaziabad for the term 2022-23
